Client/Artist Treatment:

  • Please, respect and kindness above all.

  • Mi mother tongue is Spanish, but I can communicate in English, but please, don't write with slang or abbreviations so I can understand correctly what you're trying to communicate...

  • Be patient and respect my work schedule.

  • I do NOT allow any kind of discrimination, phobia, violence or harassment towards any user. At any sight of these, an attention call will be made and if the user persists in this behavior, it will be leaded to blocking and my blacklist.

  • In case of not feeling comfortable with the client for some reason, I will refuse to take the commission and I'll refund the payment.

  • I'll always be welcoming and respectful, but this is not an invitation to disrespect me in any way. I will not take any sexual insinuations of any kinds towards me, I don't share any personal information nor want to stablish intimate relationships with ANY client. If said situation should arise, you'll be notified. If repeated, you'll be blocked and added to my Blacklist.

  • I DO NOT ENGAGE, SELL OR CONTACT WITH UNDERAGE PEOPLE. MY ART IS NSFW, NO MINORS ALLOWED.

Payment Options:

  • Paypal / Wise

Payments:

  • I only accept full payment upfront.

  • No reimbursements unless I feel uncomfortable with the client or I have personal issues that stop me from finishing a piece.

  • Private commissions have an increase of +15% on the total price.

  • Commercial use images have an extra cost of +50% of the total price.

  • Payment can be divided

  • Payment plans are negotiable, according to the total ammounts.

Refference Images:

  • I accept digital or traditional drawings and public domain photographs/advertisements as refference such as clothes, poses, etc.

  • NSFW Imagery (e.g. pornography) ADULTS ONLY and PUBLIC DOMAIN ONLY, never personal sensitive material.

  • I do not accept pictures real minors or underage people UNDER NO CIRCUNSTANCE. In case you need to reference underwear or swimsuits, I'll take pictures of just said pieces of clothing, over a maniquin or cropped.

Visual Character References

  • Ref Sheet or up to 3 Reference Images.

  • Age swap is allowed, but must include boy type reference.

  • Character design from scratch has extra charge, cost varies on complexity (Based on description only, with mix-match of images as base).

Pose References / Detailed Description

  • Please provide concrete ideas. I have no problem choosing between options, but please don't ask me "What I want to draw" because it delays my work.

  • You can give me creative freedom, but I need to know what you want to be represented (backgrounds, fetishes, etc.) and each character's personality so I can capture your ideas correctly.

Backgrounds

  • Please provide detailed descriptions or visual references.

  • You can give me creative freedom, but I need to know at least what kind of style you'd like.

  • Detailed or Complex Backgrounds will always need detailed references.

WIPS (Work In Progress)

  • You'll recieve 3 WIPS free of charge. Each corresponding to a stage in Sketch, Lineart and Basecolor stage.

  • Should you need more, each will cost $5 USD.

Changes during production

  • Changes will be free of charge only in the sketching stage. Anatomy corrections or minor changes only.

  • A full change in pose (e.g. you've changed your mind or have a different idea) have extra charge, unless I made a comprehension mistake in following indications or references. For this reason I urge you to please be detailed and specific in what kind of pose you'd like.

  • After the lineart, alterations will be charged. The only editions allowed in the coloring stage are minor mistakes I may have made in colors or pattern, if there are any.

  • In case you'd like changes after the lineart stage, edition cost will depend on complexity of changes.

Online Streams

  • I do live streams for public sketch requests, I'll usually notify on Inkbunny. You can request sketch commissions while I'm live or through dms to arrange a schedule.

  • My timezone is GTM -03:00, if you want to compare our time zones, you can check them here in WorldTimeBuddy.

File Delivery

  • Delivery timeline can vary from 2 to 8 weeks. Depending of pending commissions, personal issues, but you will be notified should any inconvenient arise.

  • The image will be sent in High Quality, through the agreed medium, a Google Drive link. It will have my signature, wich is forcibly included, unless I choose otherwise.

  • Should you choose a different medium for delivery, please specify.

  • I do not provide editable files of commissions.

  • I reserve the right to upload public commissions to my personal accounts when I choose to. Firstly, High Quality images will be uploaded to my SuscribeStar, with an added watermark linking said account. Only the client owns the watermark-free image.

  • I don't post all and every commission to my main account, for personal reasons. Should you want yours to be published, please specify.

  • The client (that's you!) can post and upload it wherever your heart desires, as long as it's watermarked or you provide the image credits (Username, Handle, Hotlinks, etc.).

  • Image is free of use for personal edits, or printing for non commercial use.

  • The use of my work for personal profit without my consent is forbidden.

  • It is strictly forbidden to use my work to feed AI.

  • It is strictly forbidden to use my work as NFT.
